- In the unfortunate case that any goods that you have ordered from us is not received in good condition—is damaged or defective —we may replace the goods. For the process of return or exchange, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging. The exchange is valid within 5 days from the date on which these goods were delivered. Returns are not valid on clearance merchandise/offers.
- Once your order has been picked up by our trusted courier partner, it cannot be canceled or modified. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for exchange.
- So, If the product is eligible for size exchange, please mail us at hola@freecultr.com within 72 hours from the date of delivery of the parcel. Once your email gets notified by us, We will arrange the reverse pickup. The Refund will not be applicable on any exchanged products.
- Please note that refunds will not be provided in cases where the customer simply doesn't like the color or quality of the product. - In case of Wrong delivery: If an incorrect item has been sent by mistake, you can write to us at hola@freecultr.com or contact us at +91 9818187606 within 48 hours from the date of delivery of the parcel. We will arrange the reverse pickup for you. Once we will received the damaged product, we will send you a fresh piece from our end.
